Home cleaning
Regular upkeep for a home that is lived in: floors, kitchen, bathrooms and tidying up.

Warm clean (homestay)
For a place nobody has stayed in for a long time. Dust settles, the air goes stale and the smell of damp sets in, so it needs opening up and airing out before a guest walks in.

The parts a regular clean never reaches: grease, tile grout, window tracks, behind and under the furniture.

After the builders leave: cement dust, paint spots and sticker glue, which takes several passes before anyone can move in.

Once three people you introduced have had their first clean done, your next package is RM100 cheaper. Counted when the job is finished, not when they book.
The friend you send gets their first clean at RM90. Once each.
Packages cover home cleaning. Every other service is quoted job by job.
